Luke came out quickly the same day I called about seeing a termite swarm in our front dining room. Luke came out and gave information about termite treatment and gave me the cost on the spot. Accepted the price and signed contract to get the service done the next day. The termite technician James did an excellent job on the treatment and even called me to answer a question I had about the treatment done. I would highly recommend Bug Man Exterminatingto anybody as price was very competitive and service was quick and professional.

I very much appreciate this company’s prompt approach to attempt to mediate the problematic hornet swarm at two locations (in one room) on my property. At this point I am not seeing further hornet activity, which makes me feel extremely positive about the service performed. However, I will still need another week or two to be in a position to ascertain if the hidden nests are indeed fully inactive.

We use bug man for all our pest control needs. They are knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy, on time, and products are effective. Have ants? You won’t anymore. Have mice -not anymore. Have basement bugs - no longer. I really appreciate that their products are earth and pet friendly as well.

Michael came to the rescue! Exasperated with home remedies for unsuccessful killing of German Roaches, Michael assured us that the infestation was mild and he would have the job done with the initial visit and scheduled a precautionary 1 x follow up. 3 weeks after initial visit - no sightings of any roaches! We have had a yellow jacket problem all summer, we've spent 100 bucks on bee spray and it didnt work, i found them somehow getting inside my house and i called them as my grandma uses them as well, Jake came and was very professional, he was able to spray where the nest was and it killed the nest. Will definitely use again if we have another issue.

Mason is great! He is knowledgeable and professional, yet down to earth. He discovered a huge hornets nest on the side of our house that we had totally missed. He sprayed the nest and by that evening the hornets were gone. We had originally called about ants, which he treated for, but I appreciate him doing a more through look around our property to make sure there were no other problems he could take care of. The cost was very reasonable. We would definitely hire Bug Man again and recommend them to our friends.

We called Bug Man Exterminating and they came the very same afternoon. We had an awful ant problem, especially in the kitchen. Nothing we did made any difference. Tyler was so friendly and helpful. He explained our options and after we made the decision he started work immediately. By the next day we weren't seeing any ants at all. The cost was extremely reasonable. We highly recommend them to anyone with any type of bug problem. They are the best.
