I would have paid twice what they charged me. The price was right for sure.The most professional company I’ve ever had work on my house. Steve just left our house and I wanted to take a minute to say that he is not only friendly and courtesy but so very knowledgeable. This is the second time he has been out to spray for carpenter bees. He is mindful of our home, our windows and the birds nests around. I hired Bug Man Exterminating to encapsulate my crawlspace. I am beyond thirlled with the work Derek, Brandon and their entire crew did on my house. After my encapsulation I had issues non-related to them and they went over and above more than once to help me be sure the issues that was overlooked by other contractors was resolved. Once again I cannot say enough good things about this company and their integrity to do an outstanding job. I'm so thankful that I hired them and no other crawl space encapsulation company. Consistently notified ahead of time and reminded of appointment. Always punctual, polite, efficient. Fees are reasonable. Easy to contact by phone or email. Bug Man has followed up with concerns in between scheduled service. I used another company for five years prior to Bug Man, switching due to constant changes in staffing and pricing. We had our third and final visit from our Bugman tech Michael last week. If we ever have a need for an exterminator in this area, Bugman will be our first and probably only call. Our experience with Bugman has been fantastic. We had a very nasty case of roaches that were infesting the interior of a house we had just rented. 3 visits got rid of them completely. I would have guessed it would have taken twice that many, due to the level of infestation. Michael was unerringly polite and professional, keeping us informed of the status and recommended next steps. He is a gem of an employee and if ever the need we will request him specifically. Thank you for knocking out our roach problem!

You do a great job. Daniel is a very nice technician. However, when you leave our house, you leave an invoice showing that we have $120.00 due. there is nothing on our slip that tells us that our payment will be charged to our visa. SO - if i am out of town, my husband writes a check and puts it in the mail ... paying you twice. Please, in the future, include on the invoice that it is to be paid by visa and no amount is due. thank you.

We live in the woods and our house was getting an insane amount of random misc. bugs - not nests or infestations of one species, just more spiders and other random insects than we considered normal. My wife called and spoke with Amanda at the office who was great! Mason from BugMan came out and talked about some options and answered all of our questions, then spent quite a while implementing our attack plan inside and (mainly) outside. Bugs have their place, but not in my house. The products in use were effective but not toxic to our well water and pets, etc. in the doses used. Mason is our new best friend. You guys rock. Thanks!

Just had their CrawlSpace Care crew install the high quality reinforced vapor liner to cover the ground and walls and they also install the Bora Foam Boards along all the walls too. But,before that they did a very thorough job of disposing any unwanted debri,such as unwanted previously left behind cement block in flooring,and they made sure the floor suface was pretty much level,and they thoroughly cleaned any of the mold or mildew from the above floor joices,then thoroughly treated all above floor joices with the mold care application. They also made sure that the Dehumidifier along with the Condensor pump was working correctly,and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly as well. They were very personable and met all of our needs for our crawlspace to be able to use even as a storage space if we wanted to. Very happy with the whole job! Well done,and thanks to Derek and his crew and also to management Mr.Nininger. Would strongly recommend the Bugman Company to anyone,who needs help with their crawlspace issues,or bug problems!

Excellent customer service from beginning to end! We had yellow jackets taking up residence in a wall of our house. We called Bugman. The person I spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly, even when we initially canceled because my husband wanted to try to take care of it himself first. They just said that was fine and to give them a call if we needed them in the future. Well, we were unsuccessful at taking care of the issue ourselves, so we gave Bugman another call and they came right out! The technician was very friendly and professional. He knew exactly what to do to take care of the infestation and kept us informed about what he was doing. If we have any further issues with pest, we’ll call Bugman first!
