We are very pleased with the services we had from Bug Man Exterminating. We just purchased a home that has a crawl space that had major issues with termites, fungus/mold, water issues and some wood rot. They showed up on time and did a complete encapsulation of our crawl space, it looks terrific and they were a better price than a couple other companies we had quotes from. We will continue to use them for our maintenance and highly recommend them.

The company answered the phone promptly when I called asking for service. A technician was sent out the next day and he did a wonderful job. My family signed up for a 4 service year long plan and the ant infestation we had was solved before the second service even occurred. They do a great job and we'll be continuing our service with them in the future. :)

The inspector and estimator, Cory, was on time, and on the early side. I did not have to wait. He was very polite and explained everything very well. I got the appointment in a reasonable time. The work was done within a couple of business days. I didn't have an emergency. They were all great including the person on the phone.

We found active termites in the wall to our home. Bugman's professional staff answered our questions, came right out within a day and treated our home. They explained the costs and how the process would work. They even emailed us a picture of the technician so we would know who to expect. We were highly satisfied with their service.

What an awesome first experience with this company! They told me they would arrive between 2pm-4pm which they did same day as initial call. The technician I had was professional, good with dogs, and explained everything he was doing along the way. Very pleased with the thoroughness of the walk through and inspection. Luke came out quickly the same day I called about seeing a termite swarm in our front dining room. Luke came out and gave information about termite treatment and gave me the cost on the spot. Accepted the price and signed contract to get the service done the next day. The termite technician James did an excellent job on the treatment and even called me to answer a question I had about the treatment done. I would highly recommend Bug Man Exterminatingto anybody as price was very competitive and service was quick and professional.

I very much appreciate this company’s prompt approach to attempt to mediate the problematic hornet swarm at two locations (in one room) on my property. At this point I am not seeing further hornet activity, which makes me feel extremely positive about the service performed. However, I will still need another week or two to be in a position to ascertain if the hidden nests are indeed fully inactive.

We use bug man for all our pest control needs. They are knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy, on time, and products are effective. Have ants? You won’t anymore. Have mice -not anymore. Have basement bugs - no longer. I really appreciate that their products are earth and pet friendly as well.

Michael came to the rescue! Exasperated with home remedies for unsuccessful killing of German Roaches, Michael assured us that the infestation was mild and he would have the job done with the initial visit and scheduled a precautionary 1 x follow up. 3 weeks after initial visit - no sightings of any roaches! A very happy customer!

We have had a yellow jacket problem all summer, we've spent 100 bucks on bee spray and it didnt work, i found them somehow getting inside my house and i called them as my grandma uses them as well, Jake came and was very professional, he was able to spray where the nest was and it killed the nest. Will definitely use again if we have another issue.
