We use bug man for all our pest control needs. They are knowledgeable, courteous, trustworthy, on time, and products are effective. Have ants? You won’t anymore. Have mice -not anymore. Have basement bugs - no longer. I really appreciate that their products are earth and pet friendly as well.

Trace is to be commended. We were very disappointed with our last Bug exterminator company. . We decided to go with Bug Man andTrace met our complete expectation and he took his time to take down all the spiderwebs on the entire house and around windows and doors. He was very thorough. He walked through our house and made sure every room and corner was treated. He went outside and took down cobwebs and dead spiders up under the eaves and underneath our 20 foot ceiling deck. We cannot say how happy we are with our service. I also signed up for the yearly inspection for Termites. Thank you Bug Man and Trace.

Caleb did a great job for our initial pest treatment, and the service was beyond what I expected! He cleared away cobwebs, treated the lawn, and treated the house inside and out. Big Man Exterminating has done a great job for us in deterring pesky varmints like spiders, hornets, and even lantern flies and stink bugs over the years. Our house is on a mountain and surrounded by forest. We love it, but there are lots of creatures we have to combat. Caleb takes great care of us and is easy to work with when we aren’t home for our scheduled visit. Thanks!

Jeff was on time and very pleasant to work with. My only complaint is we paid $275.00 for a whole house extermination and only got kitchen and a half bath sprayed. I realize that is where we were seeing activity but seems awful expensive for 1 room and a small bathroom. still seeing alot of live ones.

The Bug Man is the worst enemy to anything creepy and crawly! I am a builder with TBS Construction, and we go nowhere else for our extermination needs. Steve walks on a property and you can practically hear things scurry down the street. Moreover, the pricing is right, the service is phenomenal, and I never have to wait long for my bug problems to be solved by a professional, courteous technician. Bug Man? More like Bug Lord!

While purchasing a home, I was advised with no notice the mortgage company wanted a pest report. Panicked, I called this company. They came out the next day. When termite damage was discovered, they were out the next business day to treat the infestation. They saved the purchase, allowing the transaction to move forward. Always professional and helpful.
