We had Bugman get rid of mice in 2/21. Hadn’t seen any until last week. They sent someone the same day. He added more protection and we haven’t seen any more. I’m hoping the outdoor “traps” will keep the mice outdoors. Thanks for answering the call so quickly.

I used Bug Man/Crawlspace Care to seal the crawlspaces of two properties. From the time they came to inspect and give a quote, to the completion of each job, they were very professional, thorough and straightforward. The crew also seemed to really enjoy working together, which was a refreshing change of pace.I can and do highly recommend BugMan/Crawlspace Care and their services.Also...The air quality and temperature regulation in the houses have already shown great improvement. So, I also highly recommend sealing or encapsulation of crawlspace.

It took 5 minutes. He went into the basement and that's the last I saw of him. In his report he described my attic level as unsafe when in fact it is carpeted and panelled and serves as my guest room. I have not had time to check for other inaccuracies but I'm sure they're there

I highly recommend Bug Man Exterminating! We recently had a millipede/spider issue and they 100% took care of it. I worked with Bobbie initially, and she was wonderful in getting my inspection on the books quickly, even with a full schedule. Michael did our inspection, answered all of our questions, and took care of the issue the day he came out. Everyone is great! We will 100% continue using Bug Man Exterminating quarterly.

From the initial contact we were very impressed with the company. Cory was on time, explained everything throughly to my husband and myself. We were very impressed that this is a “green company”, as we have an elderly dog that we also wanted to protect. Cory was very through in walking around the house, and telling us where the bugs were. He spent some time in our crawl space to evaluate what needed to be done for a possible encapsulation. All in all his knowledge of his business and professionalism was second to none. We would recommend The Bug Man to anyone. Best part is that he got rid of my ants that had recently taken over my kitchen.

I had used Bug Man many years ago and had been meaning to contact them to come back due to having a continued ant issue this year. My procrastination was squashed when I opened my door to leave one morning and a very large medium sized spider was sitting in it's web in the doorway. I called on the way to work and they were there the next day. I was unable to be at home but they came and sprayed around the house for me and left me some ant traps for the inside which I have not needed. The exterminator was polite and professional and understood that the spider had to go. :) In all seriousness they are great to work with and I appreciated that I did not have to wait a week or longer for them to be able to get to me. That was certainly a plus but I would have understood if it had. Give them a call!!

We had our third and final visit from our Bugman tech Michael last week. If we ever have a need for an exterminator in this area, Bugman will be our first and probably only call. Our experience with Bugman has been fantastic. We had a very nasty case of roaches that were infesting the interior of a house we had just rented. 3 visits got rid of them completely. I would have guessed it would have taken twice that many, due to the level of infestation. Michael was unerringly polite and professional, keeping us informed of the status and recommended next steps. He is a gem of an employee and if ever the need we will request him specifically. Thank you for knocking out our roach problem!
